Description

• ensures products meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and customer expectations throughout the manufacturing process.
• ensuring the quality and integrity of the packaging process and machinery.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
• Test and verify the performance of packaging machines and equipment.
• QC Instruments provides equipment for testing PET bottles and preforms, including burst testers, top load testers, and bottle thickness gauges.
• Examine products or materials, parts, subassemblies, and packaging for damage, defects, or shortages, using specification sheets, gauges, and standards charts.
• inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity.
• Maintain, test and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices.
• Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repairs.
• Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards.
• Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately.
• Manage our quality assurance division and ensure all employees meet their required quotas.
• Provide training and support to QA team.
• Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines.
• Measurement and Instruments micro meter, bore gauge, Vernier caliper , check specific dimensions, threads, and other features of parts, linear dimensions like length, diameter, depth, Steel Scale, etc.
• Drawing reading.
• Report Preparation.
