Job Description & Responsibility
- Ready to travel
- Proficient in English (essential)
- Experience with CNC, VMC, drilling, lathe, grinding, and shaping machines
- Experience with blister packing machines
- Installation and commissioning of machines
- Knowledge of documentation (DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ) for site clearance
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment
- Provide technical training to customers on the use of industrial machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot industrial machinery and equipment via on-site visits or virtual channels when possible
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Install equipment at the customer’s location according to planning
- Prepare and submit reports on service activities
- Suggest improvements to customers and forward enquiries to the Customer Service Sales team
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback
