Job Description & Responsibility

• Handling of machines part production with workshop.
• check of parts in drawing.
• manage of stock of parts.
• check unnecessary process remove.
• Cutting of raw material, manufacturing parts of
  machine, random check of parts as a drawing, mange of
  stock of parts, raw material QR (MS, brass, alum, etc.)
• Manage M.S parts ENP (Electro Nicolas plating) to
  improve parts life.
• Plan and coordinate production activities to meet
  customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of
  products.
• Giving timely feedback to plant head on deviations
  observed during manufacturing and packing activities and
  suggesting appropriate corrective & preventive actions.
• Responsible for planning, coordination and control of
  manufacturing process to ensure that the products are
  produced efficiently, and the correct amount is produced
  at the right cost and level of quality.
• Regularly prepare budgets and cost reports for
  production.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery, workers andthe units.
• Overseeing that the inventory is maintained of all the equipment and resources and ensure that they are stocked.
• Manage planning according to Prioritize of work.
• Inventory planning.
• Work should be from machinery packaging industry.
• Should have a Knowledge of CNC / VMC / DRILLING/LATHE Machines etc.
• Manage Overall Shop Floor Production
